Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive integrated industrial, environmental, and equipment rental sales. This role targets growth in the Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati, OH markets, building and executing sales plans aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities include identifying new customers, managing a robust sales pipeline, and leading proposals while maintaining strong relationships with current clients and internal teams.

Competenze

• Experience in integrated industrial, environmental, and equipment rental sales.
• Ability to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new customers for company products and services (equipment rentals & services, industrial, and environmental)
• Develop, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Proactively ensure Stallion is on RFQ/RFP lists
• Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customer base
• Anticipate, understand, and manage all existing and developing customer needs
• Communicate opportunities internally
• Lead development of proposals
• Attend and participate in local company/industry sales and marketing events
• Assist in the MSA contracting and credit assessment process
• Adhere to individual expense (T&E) budget
