Qualifications

• BS in engineering or technical field.
• 12+ years in business development, program management, or systems engineering within aerospace.
• In-depth knowledge of government acquisition processes and national security landscape.
• Proven track record of securing large contracts (>$20M) in aerospace.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives for satellite solutions in defense applications.
• Develop capture strategies to win large defense or civil space contracts.
• Engage with key customer stakeholders and align Rocket Lab solutions with needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals.
