The role requires 15+ years in aerospace BD/management, an active TS/SCI clearance, and ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements and captures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 15+ years in business development, program management, or systems engineering in aerospace.
• Deep knowledge of government acquisition processes and national security.
• Proven track record of securing large contracts (> $20M) and managing key relationships.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
