Job summary

RSM is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to accelerate revenue through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise consulting services. Flexible to major office locations with a hybrid workstyle, the role centers on leading the sales process from origination through close, building pipelines, and coordinating across Data & AI, Cloud, and Finance modernization teams.

You will engage CIO/CTO/CFO-level executives, develop GTM strategies, and drive multi-million-dollar engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
7+ years selling technology consulting or professional services, esp. Microsoft D365.
Proven ability to close complex, multi-million dollar engagements.
Strong communication and C-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Originate, qualify, and close Microsoft D365 transformation opportunities.
Develop go-to-market strategies by priority industries.
Lead complex sales cycles with solution positioning.
Engage CIO/CTO/CFO-level executives on transformation and cloud modernization.
Collaborate with Practice leaders to craft differentiated, outcomes-based solutions.
Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts.
