Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: ensure professional and courteous interaction, resolve inquiries promptly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Appointment scheduling: maximize shop efficiency by filling open slots and confirming appointments.
• Data management: log communications in the CRM, generate reports, and monitor trends for service improvement.
• Service campaign management: support promotions, contact customers about offers or recalls, and follow up timely.
• Collaboration: liaise between customer and service department for smooth communication with advisors and technicians.
• Follow-up: reconnect with customers post-service to gather feedback and build loyalty.
