Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist (BD & Capture) to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on supporting our Business Development organization. This role partners with BD, Capture, and Program leadership to translate pursuit needs into staffing strategies and build pipelines for proposals and awards.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, support surge hiring during peak periods, and represent Sabre at job fairs and events to expand candidate engagement and ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting federal government contractors.
• Experience supporting proposal recruiting and personnel identification for federal bids.
• Experience recruiting cleared and technical professionals (software engineers, cybersecurity, systems engineers, data professionals).
• Knowledge of federal contracting staffing requirements, including clearance levels and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with rapidly changing needs.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Ability to travel 10-15% for events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the recruiting team's main point of support for BD, Capture, and Program leaders to translate staffing needs into actionable recruiting plans.
• Identify qualified candidates, secure LOIs, and prepare staffing documentation for proposals.
• Provide incumbent capture support with insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and geographic considerations.
