Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in lead management, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the business development team with regular feedback.
• Lead Management: Generate high-quality leads and maintain flow into sales pipeline.
• Data Analysis: Monitor marketing leads and ensure timely handover of leads.
• Process Improvement: Identify improvements to increase efficiency of BD team.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and campaigns.
• Campaign Management Support: Assist in executing campaigns to boost SQLs.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with engagement rules across divisions.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting for BD agents.
