You will align MarTech, CRM, and analytics, guiding a high-performing team and driving end-to-end campaign execution while managing budgets and partner relationships. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in marketing operations, strong leadership, and proven ability to optimize multi-channel programs for growth and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with IT, CRM, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Operations or related field; PMP/advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead marketing operations strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Oversee end-to-end lead management, demand gen campaigns, and sales handoff workflows.
• Manage multi-channel campaign plans, media, and budget tracking for ROI.
• Build dashboards and KPIs, driving data-informed improvements.
