Sullivan & Cromwell, a premier NY law firm, is seeking a BD Analyst to support business development across Real Estate, Sports, Tax and Estates practice areas. The role focuses on coordinating research, crafting persuasive materials, and managing CRM records in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

The position requires strong writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle time-sensitive requests from multiple lawyers across time zones, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding writing/editing, proofreading, grammar and research skills (writing/editing test required).
• Proficiency with standard spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation tools; familiarity with CRM systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support partners in preparing targeted presentations (pitch books, RFP responses, deal sheets) that communicate the Firm's experience and value.
• Assist with submissions to league tables, directories, guides and surveys.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence research to update lawyers on market trends.
• Track firm news, wins, and maintain the practice experience database in CRM.
• Complete production tasks to ensure materials are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate content for internal and external marketing conferences and events with Events team.
• Maintain records of pitches, meetings and outreach in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with global staff to update marketing materials and lawyer bios across platforms.
• Coordinate with Communications and Digital Marketing on visibility programs and externals.
