Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) has a full-time opening for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Residential Services clinical team dedicated to supporting latency-age youth and female adolescents.

The BCBA will develop and implement functional behavior assessments, design individual treatment plans, train staff, and provide crisis intervention as needed, while maintaining data and collaborating with families and agencies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, human services, or special education.
• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to develop and implement behavior plans.
• Experience with IEP goals/objectives recommended.
• Background checks CORI & DCF and driving background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assessment tools (functional behavior assessments) as appropriate.
• Conduct analyses and model data collection to guide treatment planning.
• Create and implement individual treatment plans; provide group work.
• Train direct support staff and supervise staff implementing plans.
• Provide crisis intervention; coordinate with families and agencies as needed.
