Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our DCF Support & Stabilization Services team. You will work closely with youth and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to apply Applied Behavior Analysis for meaningful, lasting change.

As a BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, design Behavior Support Plans, monitor progress with data, and coach caregivers.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Experience working with youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual or bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral skill assessments.
Design individualized Behavior Support Plans and measurable treatment goals.
Monitor client progress through data collection and ongoing analysis.
Teach caregivers behavioral strategies through coaching, modeling, role play, and feedback.
Train treatment team members and community providers to ensure consistency across environments.
Collaborate with youth, families, clinicians, and community partners.
Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, supervision, and on call responsibilities.
Continue growing professionally through trainings, workshops, and collaboration with colleagues.
