You have experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing individualized behavioral goals, and designing Behavior Support Plans.
You are comfortable working with youth and families experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges and understand the importance of approaching behavior within the context of each individual's needs and environment.
You are collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
