Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) for a full-time salaried role on our DCF Support & Stabilization Services team. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA/LABA licensure are required; you will work with youth and families to develop effective behavioral plans.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing BSPs, tracking progress with data, coaching caregivers, and collaborating with clinicians and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification and LABA licensure required or eligible.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BSPs with youth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral skill assessments.
• Design and monitor individualized BSPs with measurable goals.
• Track progress via data collection and analysis.
• Coach caregivers and trainings for treatment teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians and community partners.
