Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our DCF Support & Stabilization Services team. You will work closely with youth and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to apply Applied Behavior Analysis for meaningful, lasting change.

As a BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, design Behavior Support Plans, monitor progress with data, and coach caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA).
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Experience working with youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual or bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Continue growing professionally through trainings, workshops, and collaboration with colleagues.

You'll:
