Job summary

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Mental Health Specialty Flex Services team in Bedford, MA. This full-time salaried role offers a $83,000 base with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and involves working at the intersection of mental health and behavior with youth and families.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavioral plans, and lead ABA-based strategies within an interdisciplinary team. Massachusetts licensure and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience with mental health and behavioral challenges.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skills assessments to identify function and growth.
• Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans and measurable goals.
• Create data collection systems and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to caregivers.
• Train team members on ABA principles to promote consistency.
• Collaborate with youth, families, clinicians, and treatment team.
• Serve as behavioral resource and team lead within Flex Services.
• Participate in treatment planning, meetings, supervision, and development.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
