Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families and service providers across ages 2–21.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement ABA-based rehabilitative activities under licensed professionals.
• Provide direct care and supervision as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain required PA Clearances.
