Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Analyst in Pennsylvania (Mercer County) to perform client assessments and implement Individualized Treatment Plans for ages 2–21, coordinating with families and service providers.

The role requires BCBA Certification, PA licensure with ABA oversight, and the ability to obtain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances. The position offers $51.00 per client hour, with differential rates for administrative work and travel.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required.
• Graduate degree in ABA/psychology/social work/education/counseling.
• Active PA License (psychologist, professional counselor, MFT, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or CRNP).
• Licensed in PA with ABA oversight scope.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary providers
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies
• Implement rehabilitative strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist/psychiatrist
• Provide direct care services in alignment with ABA best practices
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate
• Ensure documentation/compliance with regulatory/licensing requirements
• Maintain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances

Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling

Active PA License for psychology/therapy
