Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to provide direct care and supervision for clients ages 2–21 in a community-based setting in New Castle, PA. The role includes assessments, developing an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), and coordination with families and service providers to implement evidence-based strategies.

Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Requires BCBA certification, a graduate degree in ABA or related field, Pennsylvania licensure, and successful clearance

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
• Active PA license as psychologist, professional counselor, MFT, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or CRNP.
• Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement rehabilitative strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Provide direct care services in line with ABA best practices.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain PA Clearances.
