Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to provide direct care and supervision for clients aged 2–21 in Mercer County, PA. You will assess and observe behavior to inform ITPs, collaborating with families and providers to implement strengths-based plans.

The role requires a BCBA certification and a graduate degree in ABA/psychology or related fields, plus active PA licensure. PA clearances are mandatory; supervision opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Active PA professional license with ABA oversight experience.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania to oversee ABA services.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and set measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Apply ABA-based rehabilitative activities as prescribed.
• Provide direct care services and supervision as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation and services meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain required PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
