Clarvida in Easton, PA is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to perform client assessments, observe behaviors, and develop ITPs for ages 2–21. The role involves direct care and supervision, collaborating with families and multiple providers to design evidence-based interventions.

Candidates must hold a BCBA, a graduate degree in ABA or related field, and an active PA license. Strong leadership and compliance with PA and FBI clearances are required; compensation includes full benefits and growth

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active PA license in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Leadership/supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary service providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement rehabilitative strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Provide direct care aligned with ABA best practices.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
