Job summary

Ahead ABA, a Maryland-based in-home ABA provider, seeks a BCBA to join a flexible and supportive team. You will assess clients, design treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in home settings with data-driven progress updates.

You can set your own weekly schedule and work hybrid, with time at home for planning and notes. A Maryland license or eligibility, BCBA certification, and comfortable driving in Frederick County are required.
