Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in Maryland with flexible scheduling. The role includes supervising RBTs in clients' homes, conducting assessments and creating treatment plans, and training parents. A Maryland license or eligibility to obtain one is required, and driving in Frederick County is expected.

The position offers hybrid work with time from home for plans and notes and support from an involved leadership team.
