Job summary

Ahead ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join our in-home care team in Middletown. The role offers real flexibility, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to tailor your schedule while providing high-quality ABA services in the home.

You will conduct assessments and treatment plans, supervise RBTs at the client’s home, train parents, and review data to update goals. Maryland license or ability to obtain one is required, and driving in Frederick County is expected.
