Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to work with clients in Urbana, Frederick County and surrounding areas in Maryland. The position offers flexible hours and a hybrid work setup to support work-life balance.

Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or ability to obtain) are required. The role includes supervising RBTs, developing ABA plans, and guiding families while maintaining thorough data records.
