Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA for in-home services in Silver Spring, MD. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs in the home, and train parents, all while maintaining flexible weekly scheduling.

The role offers hourly pay of $90–$100, a hybrid work model with time from home for planning, and supportive team leadership. Driving in Montgomery County is expected to support client visits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland license or ability to obtain one.
• Comfortable driving in Montgomery County.
