Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in Maryland. You will perform assessments, design and update treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in clients' homes to drive meaningful progress.

This role offers real flexibility with a set weekly schedule and hybrid work, including time from home for planning, documentation, and data review. Maryland licensure or eligibility is required, and comfort with driving in Montgomery County is expected; a supportive leader is available to
