Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Urbana and nearby parts of Frederick County.

You will run assessments, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and track progress, with a hybrid schedule that includes remote time for documentation and parent training. Active BCBA certification and Maryland license (or ability to obtain) are required.

We are a caring, in home ABA team. We want you to do great clinical work without burnout.
