Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics clinic with a low caseload of six clients, enabling focused, high‑quality ABA therapy for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current Texas LBA license.
• BCBA certification from BACB; 2 years BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Mentor BACB trainees (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.
• Educate parents and caregivers for success across environments.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, and nursing for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance.
