Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a pediatrics clinic-based role with a low caseload of six clients. This position emphasizes quality care, family-centered ABA therapy, and collaboration with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and Nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification with Texas LBA, have 2+ years of BCBA experience, and excel in leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making to support children's progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards.
