Job summary

SESI, Specialized Education Services, Inc., is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings in the Philadelphia area. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized ABA services, monitor progress, and engage families through structured programs.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in or graduates of an ABA program and must be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interpersonal communication and collaboration with school staff and families.
• Active enrollment or recent graduation from an ABA program; eligible to sit for BCBA exam.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and communication with parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments to increase success.
• Write ABA reports and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Create and model behavior programs in school settings.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
