Job summary

Metrocare Services seeks a licensed BCBA to lead behavior analytic interventions for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Desoto, TX. You will assess, design, and monitor ABA-based programs, train families, and supervise RBT staff to ensure compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include data-driven plan adjustments, collaboration with treatment teams, and regular reporting to program managers. Texas-licensed BCBA required with autism experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Minimum of one year experience delivering ABA to autism population.
• Experience with children ages 3–12; ABA/PBS program development and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and evaluations for individuals served (e.g., VB-MAPP).
• Develop behavior reduction plans based on function.
• Create skill acquisition targets from assessments.
• Analyze data and monitor intervention plans.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and staff training on ABA techniques.
• Ensure RBT staff receive supervision and credential maintenance.
• Participate in treatment plan and ARD meetings.
