Qualifications

• Must possess a Texas LBA certification.
• Hold an active BCBA Certification.
• Have completed 8 hours of supervision training.
• Experience working with pediatric, autistic, and developmentally disabled clients.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and produce reports for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ensure regular interventions for clients and caregivers.
• Support at school IEPs/ARDs and collaborate with teaching staff.
• Deliver appropriate interventions for clients.
• Manage a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders.
