Job summary

Amenity ABA Center in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral intervention and assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with school teams to support IEPs/ARDs.

Qualifications

Must have Texas LBA certification.
Active BCBA certification.
Completed 8 hour supervision training.
Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Conducts assessment of clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and produces assessment report with treatment recommendations and supervision hours.
Delivers appropriate interventions and regularly collaborates with caregivers/clients to meet requirements.
Attends and supports stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs and collaborates with teaching staff.
Provides supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
Reviews treatment plans and provides clinical feedback and consultation with network providers.
