Texas ABA Centers in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a salary of $85K-$110K and involves designing and supervising ABA programs for children with autism.

You will oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly. We provide comprehensive benefits, professional growth, and a supportive, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• LBA preferred (before starting services).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
