Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Advanced degree (MS/MA/PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Five years of direct work experience.
• Valid Montana driver's license and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for ABA and evidence-based methodologies.
• Plan and oversee development and implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA program implementation.
• Train staff and provide professional learning for handling challenging behaviors.
• Maintain records and data entry in the organization’s EHR system.
