Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a full-time position. The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA programs, provide behavioral assessments, train staff, and maintain clinical records.

The candidate must hold BCBA certification, have an advanced degree in a relevant field, and possess a Montana driver\'s license with ability to travel within the caseload area.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Five years of direct work experience in behavior analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide ABA training resources for clients.
• Plan and oversee ABA program development for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA program implementation.
• Deliver professional learning for staff working with challenging behaviors.
• Record notes, assessments, referrals, and billing data in the EHR system.
