Job summary

AWARE seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services, developing programs, and guiding staff in evidence-based practices to support adults, children, and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Five years of direct work experience.
• Must pass a criminal and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and provide resources for ABA and other evidence-based methodologies.
• Plan and oversee development of programs using ABA for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs for clients with ASD.
• Work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and support staff.
