Job summary

AWARE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Dillon, MT team. This full-time role starts at $70,000 per year and centers on delivering ABA-based assessments and program development for clients with ASD and other disabilities.

You will train staff, develop behavior plans, perform functional assessments, and support a compassionate work culture. Montana licensure and BCBA certification required, with driving to serve the caseload as needed.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required or in process for eligibility.
Advanced degree in Psychology or related field (MS/MA/PhD).
Five years direct work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop ABA materials and provide professional learning.
Plan and oversee ABA programs and best practices for clients with ASD.
Provide behavioral assessments.
Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA programs for clients with ASD.
Work with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and train staff.
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Maintain knowledge of disabilities’ cognitive, educational, vocational, and social aspects.
Manage a caseload and travel within assigned area.
