Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Five years of direct work experience.
• Certified in behavior analysis (BCBA).
• Willingness to maintain Montana driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop ABA materials and provide professional learning.
• Plan and oversee ABA programs for clients with ASD and other disabilities.
• Provide behavioral assessments.
• Assist staff with behavior plans and ABA program implementation.
• Train staff and supervise staff development activities.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate services within geographic area.
