This position offers a competitive salary ($80,000-$115,000+), flexible scheduling, and comprehensive health coverage. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in ABA or a related field, and BCBA certification. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) required.
• Experience in ABA with families and in-home services required.
• Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs.
