Job summary

A behavioral services organization in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$115,000+, relocation packages, and flexible scheduling. The successful candidate will work with families and deliver high-quality ABA services. Experience and current BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide support and feedback to families regarding behavior management.
