Apex ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate team. You will design ABA therapy plans, monitor progress, and provide supervision to therapists while maintaining open communication with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write progress reports for each client.
• Maintain communication with parents/caregivers and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to ensure quality of cases.
