Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs for diverse patients. The role supports care across telehealth, clinics, homes, or on-site at schools, aligning with BACB standards and patient-centered outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs/BCaBA, train families, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Experience with EHR and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as indicated.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB requirements.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators for holistic care.
• Maintain thorough session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver training to generalize ABA strategies across settings.
• Participate in utilization review and authorization processes.
