Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs across settings. You will conduct assessments, develop measurable plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for patients of all ages.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage data-driven progress, and contribute to program development in telehealth, clinic, home, or school environments. A master’s in ABA or related field is required with BACB certification.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across the lifespan.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to identify priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and supervise RBTs/BCaBA candidates.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coordinate holistic care with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and payer rules.
