Job summary
Sterling Employment Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/BCaBC/Supervisees to provide autonomous behavior-analytic services under clinical direction at client homes in Georgia. This role includes supervision of RBTs/BCaBAs, program development, assessments, and collaboration with educators and therapists.
The position emphasizes leading teams, maintaining quality care, and ensuring ethical, data-driven practices in both clinic and home settings.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education.
- BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
- Appropriate state license as required in the state of employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ABA software (Webaba preferred).
- Open to case assignments within distance.
Responsibilities
- Conducts initial assessments and creates skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration and meetings with educators and therapists.
- Supervises RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates; provides training and feedback.
- Maintains progress reports and completes assessments as required.
- Develops individualized ABA programs for clients in home and community settings.
