Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across Georgia and North Carolina. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing both remote and in-person supervision, arranging parent training, and collaborating with teams across home, daycare, and school environments.

You will work with a dedicated back-office team to focus on clinical care, while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a dedication to helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines.
