Proficio Therapy Services in Fremont, CA seeks a licensed BCBA to lead ABA programs across clinic and home settings. You will conduct assessments, design PBIPs, analyze patient data, and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality intervention delivery.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify causes and design PBIPs.
• Analyze data and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive interventions across home, school, and clinic.
• Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessments, plan reviews, and authorizations.
• Lead staff training and coaching, participate in team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with ABA research and participate in quality improvement.
