Proficio Therapy Services in San Jose, CA is seeking a BCBA-certified supervisor to lead ABA-based assessments and interventions for children and families. You will conduct FBAs, design PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians in daily sessions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and FBAs to guide treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized PBIPs and teaching programs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide feedback on session delivery.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinics for coordinated care.
• Coordinate with insurers for assessments, authorizations, and progress reviews.
• Deliver ongoing staff training on ABA principles and session management.
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development activities.
