Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Brentwood, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves conducting assessments, designing PBIPs, supervising Technicians, and collaborating with families across home, school, and clinic settings.

You will lead data-driven interventions, supervise staff, coordinate with insurance for service authorizations, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
• A valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Develop and supervise PBIPs and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Coordinate with insurance for assessment of services, plan reviews, and authorizations.
• Deliver staff training on ABA principles and session management.
• Stay current with ABA research and contribute to quality improvement.
