Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services seeks a BCBA to lead ABA program delivery in Fremont, CA. You will conduct assessments, design PBIPs, and supervise Behavior Technicians across home, school, and clinic settings. Collaboration with families and clinicians ensures consistency and optimal client progress.

Significant training and development opportunities are provided. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine ABA service needs.
• Develop and implement PBIPs and teaching programs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive interventions.
• Coordinate with insurance for service authorization and case management.
• Deliver ongoing staff training and maintain training materials.
